Programme Details

• The programme takes four years, of 36 weeks each, to complete.
• Students register for one academic year at a time.
• Students meet, once per week, in Seminar Groups of six to twelve students led by an EfM Mentor
• A Mentor is trained by the EfM programme and is paid a monthly honorarium for his/her work.

We are now able to offer EfM in an On-Line format to those students, who for reason of distance or physical ability, are unable to register for a face- to-face seminar group. Click on the link for more information EfM On-Line

• The cost for each academic year is $350.00 dollars in a sponsored Dicocese. This includes students who wish to take EfM Online.
• A sponsored Diocese is one which has paid a fee to EfM Canada for the support and maintenance of the programme in their particular Diocese.
• The cost to students in an unsponsored Diocese is $400.00.

There are Bursaries available through the EfM office, for those in financial need. A few $100.00 bursaries are available each year, as funds are available, to provide financial assistance to enrolled students in cases of need. Applications may be obtained, on-line at this link Forms or from the EfM Administrator at the EfM Canada office. Applications should be submitted to EfM through the Mentor of the group in which a participant is registered.
