The Education for Ministry Program in Canada is administered by a Board of Management with a diverse membership. The Board provides support and direction for the staff. A recent change has expanded Board membership to other parts of Canada.

The members of the Board for 2024 - 2025 are:  Annette Cowan (Director), Jane MacGraw Frost - (Kootenay Diocesan Coordinator), Anne Anchor (Secretary), Laurie Vanderhorst (Treasurer), Christine Ross (Director of Training, Webmaster), Libi Clifford (Representing Coordinators), David Harrison (Online Coordinator), Susan Sedlak(Online Alumni)

The function of the Board is to set policy and long-term planning of the Programme in Canada. EfM Canada operates the EfM program throughout Canada under license from the School of Theology of the University of the South.
